Terms of Service &
System Liability.

1. Scope of Development & Advisory

We supply highly specialized architectural advisory, software development, and machine learning integrational efforts under specific Statements of Work (SOWs). Information found freely accessible on this platform (including within our "News & Insights" or "Prompt Library" sections) is strictly for educational purposes and should not be construed as financially binding technical instructions without a contractual arrangement.

2. Generative Limitations & Hallucinations

You acknowledge the probabilistic, mathematical nature of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vector-based Semantic Search integrations.

• Hallucination Acknowledgement: While we utilize state-of-the-art formatting constraints (e.g., RAG) to drastically minimize unauthorized data generation, no LLM can currently promise 100% deterministic, zero-hallucination outputs in extreme edge cases.
• Human-in-the-Loop Liability: It is an absolute requirement that implementations involving financial projections, medical triage, legal discovery, or significant customer-facing promises maintain a "Human-in-the-Loop" checking mechanism. We accept zero liability for damages, loss of revenue, or legal penalties resulting from an autonomous AI system delivering factually inaccurate generation where our Human-in-the-Loop recommendations were operationally bypassed by your business.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure Dependency

Certain pipelines built by our team may explicitly utilize endpoints maintained by Tier-1 providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud Compute, AWS). Artificial Intelligence South Africa cannot be held liable for temporary catastrophic system outages, API changes, or quota restrictions forced independently by these global infrastructure partners.

4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Unless explicitly carved out differently within a signed enterprise SOW:

• Background IP: Our underlying brutalist UI systems, foundational Next.js scaffolding formulas, and proprietary integration orchestration patterns remain the sole property of Artificial Intelligence South Africa.
• Your Data & Output: Absolute ownership of your raw company data, documents plugged into the systems, and the outputs logically generated entirely utilizing your accounts, remain your property at all times.

5. Modifications to Systems post-Handover

If a client alters, rewrites, or disconnects the security sandboxing modules or API configurations established during an implementation after project sign-off, Artificial Intelligence South Africa is immediately relieved of all performance guarantees for that system architecture.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any ensuing architectural contracts, are governed strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes rising from interpretation or execution shall be settled exclusively in the High Court of South Africa (Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg).
